Speed Syncronizing:

Accurate speed of each motor thanks to a closed loop speed control with feedback from the encoders. The function is easy to scale

High energy savings due to a common DC link bus which distributes the DC power between all drives (load sharing). This feature is extremely useful in any flexible application where some motors are motoring and other motors are regenerative.This because the braking power is shared between the drives instead of being converted to heat by brake resistors

Easy changing of individual set point of each converter by using internal reference percentage value (which is added to the master set point).

No changing of gearwheel since the VLT® 5000 drive acts as a stepless, electronic gearbox, making changes between materials a matter of new settings.

Position Synchronizing

To control these movements the drive reads operational data from the conveyor motors and two position sensors. The result is an extreme accuracy for not only conveyor system sbut also:
