Based in Saddleworth PnP Motion Controls Ltd is a company who specialize in motion controls. We repair (down to component level), Commission, Service and Test Inverters, DC Drives and Soft Start units. We also have a Department who specialize in Industrial PCB Repairs which includes Monitors, PLC, UPS and various one off Circuit Boards. We offer a no fix no fee service on all repairs only return carriage to the customer will be charged if the unit is required to be sent back.

Test Facility

Our Motor Test Facility has now the capability to test up to 55kw at 105 amps. We also have many different application test rigs including positioning, Synchronizing, Hoist, Pump and conveyor controller test rigs. These give us the capability to test more of the drives functionality.

There are also field bus communication test rigs including Devicenet, Lonworks and Profibus which can also be used to provide Training Courses suited to customer requirements.

Training

Training courses are offered on a wide range of applications from basic Drives training through to Application Commissioning Training on fieldbus, Sync-Pos Programming, PID Closed Loop Applications etc and can be at the customer's site or at PnP Workshop Facility. Please contact for more details.
